Project Scope

North Pine Water Treatment Plant undertook an upgrade of the solids residue handling equipment and process to improve and automate the systems, and to ensure consistency of equipment and process across all sites.  The project plan was to minimise impact on operations during upgrade and provide a completely serviceable and maintainable solution.

  • EI&C Detailed Design, Procurement, Fabrication, Installation, Test and Commissioning of Dewatering Facility.
  • Switchboard Detailed Design, Procurement, Fabrication and delivery.
  • 6.6kV/400V Kiosk transformer termination and testing.
  • 6.6kV Electrical Infrastructure Installation, Test, Verification, Test and Commissioning.

Challenges

  • Integrating preferred process equipment into design to meet client electrical and control specifications.
