Recycled Water Disinfection Facility Construction

Project Scope

  • Construct with design responsibilities
  • E&I detailed design, procurement, installation, test and commissioning of Mechanical and Process equipment.
  • Detailed design, fabrication and delivery including installation of Main Switchboard, Motor Control Centre and various PLC and Network enclosures.
  • Supply authority liaison including supply of authorised workers.
  • Site delivery across Two (2) Treatment Plants including integration with existing functioning Treatment Plant Power and Control System.
  • Arc flash and AS 61439 compliance.

 

 

Challenges

  • Existing building constraints impacting on new Electrical Infrastructure.
  • Interfacing with multiple stakeholders delivering adjacent works.
  • Interfacing with existing electrical infrastructure within an existing operational Waste Water Treatment Plant.
  • Design deviations during project installation works.
  • Expedited project delivery.
  • Extended delivery lead times due to supply chain impacts.

 

Outcomes

  • Successful design, construction and installation of Electrical Infrastructure within existing Building envelope.
  • Successful alignment with key stakeholders to assist with expedited project delivery.

  • Successful detailed design and alignment with various overarching technical specifications (end Client and Supply Authority).
